I want to be the best...that I can be, but I understand to be the best, you have to be exposed to the best. I want to not just play Division 1 college basketball, but win and excel. My high school journey has been nothing short of mountain cliff after mountain cliff. I have always been touted as this guy who's had so much potential, but I have not gotten the opportunity to showcase my level of skill. My 9th grade year I struggled with playtime, so I worked harder. 10th grade came and I played some of the best basketball ever, but the pandemic slowed the season. The start of my 11th grade year I had everything coming. I was coming off a productive AAU season, training everyday, and playing everyday. Little did I know that I was going to get hurt and need surgery to repair a torn MPFL in my knee. I majority of my junior season and sat out the entire summer after because of issues with the surgery. Yet, here I am; still here. Im currently in the middle of my senior year averaging a somewhat decent double-double (12,11) and on the road to a championship. I feel like I am a great candidate for any team because I am versatile. I am not isolated to any position. I am a lengthy 6'6 PG who can defend all 5 positions on the court. I really appreciate the game, because it teaches you a lot about life. Basketball has been a great teacher of showing me how life might not go the way you plan it, but there is still opportunity.
