Mikala Jordan '15 Recruiting Profile

Aloha,

    I am the new and improved, Hawaiian Michael (Mikala) Jordan!! I have been graced with having the Hawaiian name of the greatest basketball player of all time. Now, by no means do I compare my self to to the most influential game changers of all time, but i have come to grasp some of the attitudes and dedication of the great "MJ" to help get me this far in my basketball career. Over the past two years, I have been fortunate enough to be part of a team that has taken first and second place for the Island of Hawaii and third and fourth for the state of Hawaii. I have been named to both the "All Star Team" for the island and "All Tournament Team" for the state. I have been taught by my family, that if your going to do something, do it 100% or don't do it at all. As our record shows, we didn't win every game, but it did help me to understand something Michael Jordan said, "I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But i can't accept not trying." I thank you for looking at my profile and I hope to have and opportunity to show you how hard I can try!
