Peter "Kama" Konohia '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Peter "Kama" Konohia and I am a junior a Seabury Hall high school in Maui, Hawaii. I started playing basketball when I was 6 years old. Basketball has always been an outlet for me to be myself. Basketball has taught me the importance of teamwork, hard work, and commitment. These are all skills that I one day hope to apply at the next level. I am a great leader, but an even better listener. I thrive in a set system, and can help be a big role player to help my team succeed. My goal is to go to a University where I can achieve in both academics and sports. I hope to one day set an example for my cousins and younger family to follow. I want to show them the importance of a college degree.
