My name is Keyshawn Liggins. I am entering my senior year in Middleton, Idaho. After competing in multiple states at a high level my family and I have returned to Idaho for my senior year. Last season I played as a Junior at Prescott High School in Prescott, Arizona. My sophomore and freshman and 8th grade years were in Tahoka, Texas. My 6th and 7th grade years were in Capitan, New Mexico. The 3rd grade through 5th grade years were in Middleton, Idaho.
I have played multiple sports including basketball, baseball, track, soccer, football and cross country. I have participated at the varsity level in basketball and cross country, electing to concentrate on basketball. I excel in basketball and have been a top athlete in the Boise Idaho area, the Ruidoso, New Mexico area, where I played a year above my actual grade as well as in Lubbock, Texas area and also in Prescott, Arizona.
I currently play on the Boise Flite club team and have played with the Tahoka Elite AAU team as well as Code Red AAU team in Texas. I also played for the Middleton AAU basketball club team early on in my career.
My school basketball includes Middleton High School Varsity basketball where I am a starter. I have played varsity since I was a freshman. The coach at Tahoka only plays 7 players. I did not start as the coach is against freshman starting in his program. I started my sophomore year leading my team in points, assists, and steals. I was second among my teammates in rebounding. I also was a starter on the varsity team in Prescott.
I am a very coach-able player, and have played for many coaches from AAU to school ball in Idaho, New Mexico,Texas and Arizona. I would enjoy a large university, because I really enjoy being around lots of people. Currently, I plan to major in business management. I am looking for a university that I can excel on the court, make an immediate impact with my team as well as perform in the classroom.
