My career goal is to attend medical school and become a physician. My undergraduate goal is to become a data scientist who combines computer science and medicine. I want to use data and artificial intelligence to help doctors, researchers, engineers, and individuals improve health and save lives.
As a high school student, I have pursued my interests by complementing a rigorous math and science curriculum with opportunities to help students through Best Buddies and our YMCA. During my junior year, I am excited to pursue my interests more formally as part of Lurie Children’s Hospital Leading with Heart Program. My college search is focused on academically challenging schools with a strong reputation in data science or computer science and medicine.
My biggest basketball strength is my versatility. I have defended guards, wings, and 'bigs' while playing as a floor spacer, cutter, and playmaker on offense. In your offense, my ability to fill different roles, play within the structure of the offense, and provide energy defensively will be valuable.
