Ryan Sammons '23 Recruiting Profile

I hope to play at a college that emphasizes team play and encourages three-point shooting .  

I'm a good student who gets good grades and works hard in the gym everyday after school because I love basketball. In my opinion there is nothing more enjoyable than getting in the gym and drilling shots!

Three pointers are what I really enjoy and am good at (if I say so myself). I also have a good mid-range game and can take it to the hoop. My Junior year, just completed, I had 60 threes and averaged 12 point per game and 2.0 threes per game.

I was included in the All-Area team of the 20 best players in my area.

I thrive  on pressure and have hit many game tying and game winning shots. Last year, Last year,  on varsity as a sophomore, at Fremd High School,  I hit a three pointer in the last 5 second to beat Prospect High School.

I also have excellent handles for my size, which is why I play point guard. While I love to shoot, I hope to find a college that encourages assists and team play since that is the best way to win. Thank you!
