Jordan Rice '21 Recruiting Profile

I would like to go to  a college where I am a good fit on the basketball team as well as in the classroom/academically. I would like to major in business or sports management. My goal is to operate my own sports-management company or sports training facility after graduating. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that not only am I a savvy point guard who is willing to do anything to help our team win, but I am also a leader and will make sure we are good on the court as well as off the court in the community. What makes me different from all of the other recruits on the court is that I have heart and that I do not fear anyone who steps in front of me. All my life I have been judged about my height and overlooked by coaches who think I am too small. I am still growing and I know the game better than most people bigger than me, which will show on the court. I am also a better candidate in the classroom because I have a "win" attitude and I never tell myself I can't do something. I don't just give up, I give it my all and I understand that if I actually fail, it is a learning opportunity to make adjustments to win the next time.
