Devon Lewis '24 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play at a high level and compete to win. I can create shots for teammates as well as myself. I am a good decision maker; a solid two-way player and I get others around me involved.  On and off the court, I am a humble athlete who maintains a nice GPA. I am coachable, I welcome constructive criticism, I take feedback and direction well from my coaches.

I have strong ball handling skills, court vision, a high basketball IQ and I pride myself at being a hard worker. I am consistently seeking to improve my skills by working on my craft even outside of team practice, by going to the gym every day and either playing pickup games, lifting weights, or practicing drills by myself.

On the court, I am a team player with a competitive edge and try to lead by example by pushing myself and my teammates to be the best we can be.

Off the court, I am very active in my church, I volunteer at local community service organizations, and I am a member of the Youth Outreach Program.

I want to attend a college where I can push and hold myself accountable in the classroom and on the basketball court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college/university match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all peers and make God and my parents proud.
