Isaac Hogsett '18 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play college basketball and then to either become a lawyer or veterinarian. I am homeschooled and play in the Great Lakes Homeschool Conference where I was All-Conference as a Junior as well as All-State Indiana Homeschool. I didn't start growing until the last year and now I'm 6' 1.5" in my bare feet and have a wingspan of 6' 5.5". I just grew out of my size 13 shoes and I'm still growing. I have played point guard my entire life so I have excellent all-around skills.

I just completed my requirements for Eagle Scout. Homeschooling allows me to focus on academics, Boy Scouts, and basketball. I practice 3 hours a day rain, shine, or snow. Through this, I have learned to maintain my motivation through focus and effort.  It will be an honor to represent the college where my talents and goals best fit. I am the oldest of 9 children and being part of a team is what I do everyday!
