Alexander Willett '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, 

My name is Alex Willett. I'm a guard for Monrovia High School's varsity basketball team. Not only do I play basketball here, but I also play soccer, run track, and play in the marching band, jazz band, and concert band while maintaining A's and B's throughout the school year. For each team, I excel at my position. I am a starter for both soccer and basketball, and I'm one of the two sprinter leaders for the track team. I consider myself to be someone that the other players look to for leadership.  I am unselfish both on and off the field and strive to always be kind, considerate, and respectful to the other players and the coaches as well.

My collegiate goals and aspirations as an athlete are to work hard to continually help the team win and improve the person I am on and off the court. I am a good candidate for your team because of my passion for the game and my relentless approach. The differences between me and the other recruits you are looking at are my consistent good attitude, tireless work ethic, and being able to make smart decisions on the court while also making great ones off of it.
