Luke Pearce '18 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to achieve a scholarship to a NJCAA, NCAA Division 1 or 2 or an NAIA college. Wether this takes going to Junior College to get scouted by Division 1 and 2 schools. My goals academically are to achieve a bachelor in Accounting with the highest level of distinction. Athletically my goals are to play college in the American system and come back to Australia and play for an NBL team which is the National Australian league or in the SBL which is the Western Australian State League.  I feel what sets me apart from other candidates academically is that I already know what I would like to study and I have already studied this as a subject in high school (Accounting). Athletically I feel what sets me apart from others is my athletic ability with a 36 inch max vertical leap and running 11.8 seconds in the 100 metre sprint. Also I feel in the game of basketball my iq and ability to see the floor and make all the other players around me better playing an unselfish brand of basketball sets me apart as although my points average isn't extremely high my FG% is as I play unselfishly. As a person I feel I can bring a diverse culture being from Australia to a team and I am a happy person who makes friends instantly with anyone and is the class clown at the right time but able to switch to a serious 'game time' attitude when I step on the court.
