Nathan Vorano '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since I was 8 years old when my parents bought me a net for the driveway. 

My parents started me off in a house league at the age of 13 that played once a week but I still continued to practice daily to improve my shooting and ball handling skills

I tried out for the local travel team the next year and I was the starting guard  and we won gold at the provincial champion ships

as a freshman and sophomore in High school I was a starter on the Junior Varsity Team

I made the travel Team and continued to be the starting guard and we again won the gold at the provincials 

as a Junior this year I was a starting guard for the Senior Varsity team

I am currently playing for the Oxford Attack as a starting guard in the OBA AAA division we have won Bronze and Gold in our first two Tournaments and our record is 11 and 3  we are working towards a three peat with another gold at the provincials

I have strong ball handling skills, soft hands, and a high basketball IQ I hope that you can see this on my video links that are attached to this site  

I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players for any team I am a part of and want to play at the highest level I can possibly  play

Off the court, I'm trying to improve my 2.0 GPA

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all peers and make my parents proud
