Personal Statement
Hi Coaches !
I’m gonna keep this short and sweet so I don’t waste any of your valuable time. My name is Deeyar and I am the class of 2025 and I have big dream and goals of playing college basketball and I can’t do it without the help of you. I am a very tough player and I never give up and I absolutely hate to lose. I have a huge passion for the game and there’s nothing I’d rather love to do them running at the track at 4 am or conditioning at 6 am or playing basketball until my hearts content. I truly believe I was born to play the beautiful game of basketball. I love competition because it only makes you a better athlete. When you win it’s the best feeling in the world and you also learn why you won and what you and you team did to win the game, when you lose you learn why you lost and what you could have done better as a player and as a team. There’s nothing else like competition and everything in my household is all about competition, I was just raised around it my whole life. I love to get better every single day and if I don’t work as hard as I possibly can everyday I will feel a huge regret so I work my tail off everyday to achieve my goal of playing college/university basketball. I don’t think , I know I’am a great fit for any team because I love to share the ball and get my teammates better by pushing them to be better than they were last week so we can win that’s all I want. I’am a pure bucket getter and you can always count on me no matter what to get a bucket. I love to create strong bonds with my teammates and coaches on and off the court and I love the process ! Waking up at 4 to go train and studying at 12 is what I do! And I absolutely love it.
