I use the gym at school and get up 200 or more makes everyday at break and lunchtime
Weights

I try and go to the gym 6 days a week (usually before school) , however due to the amount of games I play sometimes it only ends up being 5 times. I start every workout with a basic 15min stretch followed by my isometric exercises for my knees, then 5 - 7 exercises for whatever muscle I am training that day.
School Varsity Training

I have school Varsity training twice a week, however I tend to only go on the Monday is it is at a lower level than my outside of school basketball, and the other training clashes with my training for my national level team.
Alschwill (Club Training)
1 year
My club has training from monday to friday as I play in both the NLB and the U18 national league. However due to school work, usually I have to miss one training as my studies are just as important.
