I'm very hard working. I will push myself. I am a very conditioned person I run cross country at a high level and run in track. I put in work all the time. I don't like to take rest days. I try to get up shots every week, in a work out I try to do 300-400 makes. In basketball I work the hardest in. I'm a three sport athlete. I'm on varsity for track and cross country.
