When you truly love the game, you give your all to help your team succeed and win. Accolades often come to those who score the most points, but a single player does not make a team.  In a “look at me” era, I am in search of a team; an unselfish group of dedicated players who play with strength, pride, and a will to work together for the ultimate goal.   I cannot always control the outcome of the game, but I can control how I have prepared, my work ethic and leadership on the floor, and the support and encouragement I give to my teammates.
