Jadihn Martin '19 Recruiting Profile

    I am a hardworking, willing to do anything, ball handler (PG). I am able and willing to fulfill whatever role you desire from me. I put 100% effort into every game and do my best to get the win. I put my heart and soul into winning for whatever team I play for.

Personal stats are not important to me as long as I know I have helped the team in every way possible. I may not be the flashy, highlight play, type of player but I can guarantee that every time I step onto the court I will make a difference by myself and I make other players around me better.  

Just like on the court while I'm in the classroom I put 100% if not more into my school work and take pride in my achievements academically.  I have kept a 4.0 GPA throughout middle and so far of high school. I am now a member of the National Honors Society as a sophomore.

School is VERY important to me and I would do anything to make sure I achieve in that first.  I know the sacrifice of playing in collage basketball while trying to continue to get good grades. I understand the pressure to do well and both and I think I would be a great fit to play while still proving I can keep up in school.

I have played basketball since I was very young and my father told me that having fun was the most important thing and I still believe that to this day but I have fun while also trying to do my best and put in lots of hard work. I would be a good candidate for your team because I can handle the ball very well and score at will. But I am most proud of my defensive game. I believe defense is mental toughness and hard work. I make sure that my man doesn't score, pride myself on filling defensive gaps, and have consistently been the leading rebounder on each team I've played on. It's a matter of effort.
