To all Coaches: I want to make the organization that you coach a better one for the team. Basketball is a team sport and that's how I see it. Everyone on that team has a special job to do that they should do to help the team win. My coaches consider me a leader, and I know how to work out of touch situations in the game. When needed they can depend on me at anytime to make a play. I play every game like it's my last and I hustle all the time no matter what we are doing.
