You likely do not know who I am. For years I have been focused on playing basketball in college and was on the right path. Then in July of 2018, shortly after winning the MIAA C lacrosse championship where I had the best game of my career, I tore my ACL & meniscus (level 4) in the second live July basketball recruiting tournament in NJ. I was blessed to have a great surgeon, therapists and trainers and I am now back at it. Except with a different goal in mind -- playing D2 or D3 ball. I know it will be hard for me as an unknown 2020 recruit, but I only ask that you consider speaking to my coaches. I am playing again with my travel team, Maryland 3D (white). I will contribute immensely to any program both athletically & academically. I have not even reached my fullest potential, but working hard every day towards my goal of total recovery & high level playing at a great academic university.
Furthermore, I am a proud member of the Class of 2020 at Indian Creek Upper School. I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and I commute daily to Indian Creek because I am committed to receiving the best education possible. In addition to being an excellent student, I have a true passion for basketball. My strengths are shooting and defense and I work on all of my skills daily. As part of my recovery, I continue to build my strength and my speed. I have been fortunate to be a part of an amazing travel program for many years, and I have built a solid foundation while competing at the highest levels. In addition to great basketball skills, I am coachable and take feedback and direction well. I was voted a captain of our Varsity soccer team as a Sophomore and was selected to the MIAA All-Conference team, and although I have a great sense of humor and develop friendships with most of my teammates, I have a passionate competitive spirit. I was also selected to the MIAA All-Conference team in lacrosse my Sophomore year after winning the conference championship and also was selected to the All-County team. I look forward to working with a program where I am able to contribute on the basketball court and in the classroom.
