Nathaniel Manning '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nathaniel Manning i love the game of basketball. I am a student at Largo HIgh School. I'm apart of the 2015 graduating/recruiting class. My first 2 years at Largo High School i played junior varsity basketball. While doing this i was the team captain and was a leader on and off the court. My start of my sophomore year i was playing football and tore my meniscus. I over came that and went through rehab to be ready for the start of the season. We went 20-2 and at the end of the year i got moved up to varsity for the playoffs. In school I;m a average a 2.8-3.1 GPA. School is very important to me. This is the major thing you need to get into a good college to me. I can be a great athlete but if i do not work hard in school as I do on the court I know no school will offer me a scholarship. I listen very well to my teachers and coaches. I love to be a student of the game. There is always something to learn on and off the court. No matter if we are in study hall doing homework, in film watching game tapes or on the court doing drills. I would be honored to play for any coach that i can learn from. In college i plan on majoring in sports medicine or sports management.
