Sophandara Pek '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello scouts and coaches,

My name is Sophandara Pek, I go to Easthampton High School where I play on the varsity basketball team. I've been playing since I was 6. This year, being my junior year in high school, was my second year starting. My sophomore year as a captain I pushed our team to the division three western mass finals where we face a devastating loss. As a returning captain my junior year I used the loss as motivation for my team and I to again make it into the finals. Not only am I dedicated to basketball year round I am also fully dedicated to my academics. Currently, I have a 3.0 gpa and am enrolled in all honors and ap courses. My plans for my future are to either reclassify to give myself one more year of improvement or to get scouted during my spring aau and fall aau seasons!
