Elliot Frank '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Elliot Daniel Frank and I'm 18 and 6'10''. I have a black belt in Kempo karate and have also achieved the prestigious rank of Eagle scout. These have molded me into a person that has character and discipline amongst other virtues. I aim to make a mark on this planet, and I aspire to be like my dad who was an excellent high school athlete. However, he never pursued it at the collegiate level and I am determined to carry on where he left off. I have been blessed with this height. I can stretch the floor, as I can shoot from mid-range and further, which is a unique skill set to have for a big man. My favorite player is Dirk Nowitzki and I want to assimilate into his play style. I have great stamina from constant physical activity. Academically, I do exceptionally well with tests but I forget to hand in assignments occasionally that lowers my grades. However, this does not mean that I will not work hard, as I have the intention of putting my love of the game and intellect to great use. P.S. I am a presence in the lockerroom and look to motivate my teammates to strive towards greatness inside and out of the game. Everyone wants to be a great player, but not everyone can be a great leader.
