Hi! my name Is Garnett Torres and yes my Dad named me after the famous basketball player Kevin Garnett. Born the same year the Boston Celtic won the Championship in 2008; so I guess it was meant to be. I have been playing basketball since I was 4 years old and extremely thankful for my Dad for being a numero 1 fan; who introduced me to this sport. I remember me being a kid and being as passionate as I am now. My dream is to one day becoming an NBA  player and I  wont stop until I make it. By me playing College basketball and by me being the best athlete and student I can be it will help me get closer to my  careers goals. As a basketball player I am driven by a passion for the game and a relentless desire to improve and succeed. Basketball is not just a sport to me; it is a way of life that has shaped my character and taught me invaluable life lessons.On the court, I bring determination, resilience, and a strong work ethic. I am always striving to push myself beyond my limits, both physically and mentally. I thrive in high-pressure situations, embracing the challenge and using it as fuel to elevate my performance. I believe that basketball is a team sport, and I value the importance of collaboration, communication, and trust.
