Cameron Bush '22 Recruiting Profile

I started late to the game.  Started playing in 6th grade.  I went from not knowing how to do a layup just four years ago,  to a starter on my travel team this spring/summer season.   I know what it takes to play at the higher level and until the past year I didn't know if it was a possibility for me.  I had to work my way up from the bottom.  I am working daily and willing to listen and do what it takes,  all without sacrificing my grades and academic goals in the process.   I work for my team and I really listen to what coaches are saying and work to apply it.  I will never be that flashy or standout athlete.  I am more of a TEAM player that is not concerned about increasing my personal stats.  I work just as hard defensively as offensively.  I will take offensive charges for the team without question.  I lead by example and will be the first to pick someone up when they go down.  I love this game and what it has taught me about life and I know there is so much more to learn.  I'm hopeful I will have a basketball family to go to battle with while in college earning my degree.
