Baylor Cicalo '24 Recruiting Profile

Whether on the court or in the classroom, I am the type of student athlete who strives for excellence. I believe that in order to excel in life, I must put in the hard work and show dedication.  At a young age I fell in love with the game of basketball and knew I always wanted a future in the sport.  

Academic excellence along with a high basketball IQ make me a unique candidate. I realize academics are the center of a student athlete.  As a National Honor Society member, Junior leader for the Wyldlife Christian organization, and house leader at my high school, my leadership skills and dedication to character are strong.  

Positive leadership skills, along with strong communication have supported me in being a productive point guard for my school and AAU basketball teams. My teammates look to me as a skilled ball handler, who has the ability to see the floor and create on demand.  I am never afraid to take on any challenge that comes my way. I step up to communicate with, and encourage my teammates whenever needed. 

As a college athlete I am looking for a four year university with a quality business or science department. It is my goal to work in the field of science or business.
