I’m a good leader and I get along with people. I am a team player, have a solid sports IQ, and I put the team first above my personal goals or achievements. I try to help my friends improve and be successful on and off the court. My parents have instilled the importance of being kind and courteous when I meet new people, and when I meet them, I look them in the eye and shake their hand. Athletics is a huge thing for me, and I know what it means to be committed, disciplined, and work hard to achieve my goals. I also know the importance of being a good student and that playing sports is a privilege.
I work hard, am dedicated to improving my skills, and look to be the best I can be. I know its important to have solid fundamentals, and that it takes a lot to be successful at the college level. My Dad is always there for me and he’s helped me through the ups and downs of life. He has always told me to keep my head up, be confident, and not dwell on the last play.
In school I am consistent, hard working, and I respect my teachers. I know its important to give my fullest attention to the teacher, and study at home to get good grades. At the end of 8th grade I had a 3.5 GPA. Aside from basketball and football, I've also played baseball, soccer and lacrosse. I enjoy all sports and being a student of the game.
