From falling in love with the game when I was five, to all of the struggles and hard work outs, to competing at the high school level this game means so much more to me than just wins and losses (winning is fun though and I won’t deny I’m pretty competitive). Currently I am the starting point guard and our team is 20-0, undefeated. We are the District and Divisional Champions, heading to the 2021 State tournament next week.
I‘m an all around kid. I compete in basketball, football & track. I’m also involved in FFA and BPA. I’ve made the honor roll all year this year and I’m a farm kid -so I’m not definitely not afraid of hard work. (Our football team made it to the second round of playoffs this year.)
I moved to a new school my sophomore year believing and hoping it would be a better fit for me and it was. I grew so much and really learned how much this game has taught me, through all the brothers I have made, the ups and downs, the wins and losses. Basketball has never failed to bring me joy. It has taught me so much more than it just being a game. I would love to play at the next level and continue growing as a better human both on and off the court.
