Adam Sorensen '28 Recruiting Profile

I am a Class of 2028 sophomore at Centura Public School with a strong passion for basketball and academics. Although I began playing organized basketball more recently, I am fully committed to developing my skills, improving my game IQ, and competing at the highest level I can reach. I currently play with CNBA Supreme (16U Gold), where I am gaining valuable experience against strong competition.

What sets me apart is my work ethic, discipline, and willingness to learn. This past summer, I worked one-on-one with a strength trainer and a basketball skills trainer to improve my athleticism, fundamentals, and conditioning. Whether it’s extra hours in the gym, working part-time jobs, or helping with family responsibilities, I’ve learned how to manage my time and stay committed. Coaches describe me as very coachable and determined to keep improving.

Academically, I’m focused on raising my GPA above a 3.0 and preparing for college opportunities. My current academic interests include Business, Communications, and Applied Technology — fields that allow me to build practical skills while competing in basketball.

My long-term goal is to earn the opportunity to play at the college level, contribute to my team’s success, and continue growing as both an athlete and a student.
