hello coachs I am a 6”1 guard from Rochester New Hampshire and attending Spaulding high school. I always tell people that I see basketball as an art ever since a young age I’ve thought of it that way, but before I play basketball I was a competition hip hop dancers I would compete all over New England and have won plenty awards for it. I give a lot of my basketball And leadership skills to dance. as kid school was always somewhat challenging for me, i was always having to step out of class to take breaks cause it would be to much for me and sitting still for 6 to 7 hours wasn’t something I could do. Cause just let alone learning was hard for me, taking breaks just became less and less class time and the less class time I had the less I was learning. This is something I went though constantly till 7th grade, but the older I got I realized I had big goals to play In college i had to learn self control and patience. This journey taught me a lot of discipline and control over my actions and made me who I am today. I’m always making sure I’m separating my self from other people with my work ethic and I can see it pays off, when it comes to workouts, training etc… on and off the court. off the court I do yoga and make sure I meditate daily to keep my focus straight. on the court I’m always competing, and also willing to take a challenge cause I know that I’m mentally and physically prepare. That also goes for school know I’m always ready to learn and take a challenge cause it will make me better and hopefully contribute to other things in school, basketball and just in life.
