Hello, my name is Michael Christopher Johnson. I am projected to be 6 foot 8 inches tall, and i am currently 6 foot 4 inches tall. I am a Junior in High School and already have so many collegiate aspirations. One of my main goals is to get accepted into the college that is right for me. Once I get accepted, I plan to major in Biology. I want to graduate with a Bachelors Degree or higher and follow it up by going to graduate school to become certified to be a physical therapist
I've always had a passion for the game of basketball. Every little detail about the game intrigues me. I've been playing ever since i could pick up a ball. I was on a local AAU traveling basketball team my 6th-8th grade year. My middle school basketball team also won our Border Conference championship. My 8th grade summer I played on my towns high school's varsity summer ball team. At our last team camp, I got invited to be on an AAU team that selected kids from all around New Mexico. Unfortunately, I suffered an injury during the first week of the AAU team practice. This injury put me out of half of my freshman basketball season. I recovered that December and got to finish out the season. We finished our season with a 19-11 win/loss record. That summer I played on our summer ball varsity team and traveled around New Mexico throughout June. In July, I was able to play on the AAU team and I played in NCAA ceertified tournaments in Dallas Texas, Tucson Arizona, and Las Vegas Nevada.
My basketball high school team finished our season with a 21-8 win/loss record.
. In the 2015 summer my high schools summer ball team finished the summer with a 15-3 win/loss record. That summer I played on the Danny Granger D1 nation Hurricanes. I played on the 17u team and played in D1 certified tournaments in Dallas and Las Vegas.
Starting my junior year, my team and I were very hungry. We played a total of 28 games over the year, and made it to the New Mexico State Tournament Championship and ended up losing by 2 in the finals. I started the whole year and had some major breakout games throughout the year.
