Deyton De La Cerda '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6 foot 175lb college fresheman guard currently attending Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico.  I have fourteen years of basketball experience beginning with youth basketball, Gus Maker, junior high basketball, high school varsity basketball as a starting player (4A) and one year as a college redshirt freshman. My basketball accomplishments include MVP, back to back 4A state championships, and most assists and free throws for the 08-09 and 09-10 seasons. I want to pursue my dream of playing competitive basketball at the college level. I am keeping my options open to a range of colleges. Financial assistance is especially important to me in the college selection process. I am looking for a college that has a balanced academic and athletic program.
