Jacob Evans '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello,

My name is Jacob Evans and I am a sophomore at Our Savior Lutheran High School, class of 2027.  I am 6'2 and I typically play two positions: point guard and shooting guard.  I reside in Connecticut and commute to Our Savior Lutheran in the Bronx, NY everyday.  The trip takes approximately two hours each way.  Although the trip to school is a sacrifice, with long days and long nights,  I believe that this is well worth it.  I am a hard worker with a desire to play basketball at the college level.  In order to achieve this goal I always put my team first, and view every practice and every game as a learning experience, win or lose. I have learned to think critically and respond quickly when faced with different scenarios.  I believe my leadership, my discipline and love for the game is shown every time I step on the court.
