Brandon Gibbons '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brandon Gibbons and I'm a hardworking student and basketball player. I'm truly dedicated to this sport. I'm an athlete who knows the game and is passionate about improving.  My most significant accomplishments on the court were being named a team captain on my varsity team and being named All Conference II.  I have been on the varsity basketball team at my high school since my freshman year.

Knowing that I'm capable of playing basketball in college makes me more passionate for this sport. I have worked hard my entire life and can offer a team the promise to always work hard and never give up.

When it comes to choosing which school I would like to go to, my options are very big. I am largely looking at east coast states, including North Carolina, Massachusetts, Florida, Virginia, etc.), but I am very willing to going anywhere. I am open minded about colleges and hope to find one where I can contribute and that fits my interests. It doesn't matter about the size or location; if I can receive a good education and play basketball collegiately I will be happy. My top subject is global studies but I am undecided about a major at the moment. Ultimately, I want to discover something that really interests me and that translates to the real world where I can be highly employable. 

My realistic athletic goal is to continue playing the sport I love at a high competitive level. Another goal of mine is to make an impact on the team and to be an example to those who come after me. Knowing at the end of the day that I made an impact and gave it everything I had would make me content.
