Ambaka Le Gregam '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ambaka Le Gregam.

I was born in Nairobi, Kenya then I moved to france at 9 years old.

As soon as I started playing basketball, I fell in love with it as it came natural to me. This is currently my 5th year playing.

Earning a scholarship to college is a big goal of mine, and has been for some time now.  I am confident that any coach who takes the time to watch me play will be pleasantly surprised, and that the hard work I put in day in and day out will pay out soon. I pride myself in working harder than everybody else because nothing was given to me, I had to earn the spot I am in today. Every setback that I've had has only made me hungrier and understand that my path may be different than others, but that is what makes me who I am, and therefore I will never back down from a challenge.

 At the college level, my goal is to win a championship with my team, as I feel like that is the best way to thank the school that gave me and my teammates the opportunity to. Developing my game and growing thanks to the coaches is an important goal of mine,as it has been in the past.
