Michael Downing '24 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to go D1 and play basketball for that school. What makes me a good candidate is I am going to push people to their limits to try and get the best out of everyone that I go against. I believe my leadership is what makes me stand out as a player, I will uplift but also give corrective criticism on the court. Athletics wise, I have a very quick first step to blow by my defenders and I am also very confident in my jump shot. Being attentive student I attained academic success by accumulating a 3.8 GPA.  I believe I also play good defense, which i think is very important towards a team.
