Jeremy Horton '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jeremy Horton and I am 6'7" varsity basketball player for Christ School in Arden, NC (Nationally Ranked Top 25).  Christ School won our State Championship for the 3rd time in a row in the 2024-2025 seasons.  I came to Christ School as a starter but was injured in preseason with a stretched MPFL that limited my play time in the season.  The MPFL tore in practice in December, I had surgery in February, and I have been working to improve my shooting and strength during the healing process.  I am fully healed now (July 2025) and I am looking to show that I am better than before I was injured.  I was ranked 1st in blocking in the 2023-2024 season of my sophomore year in my conference (3rd in my freshman year on varsity) and I am among the top 28 blockers in North Carolina.  I love playing defense in addition to producing offense for the team.  I am willing to work hard to achieve success on and off the court and hope to continue being dedicated to my gameplay and academics into my college years.  I am taking honors and AP classes at school and have maintained above a  4.0 GPA.
