Shaolong Wang '17 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Shaolong, this is my second year in the U.S now, I am attending Oak Hill Academy in Virginia. My dream is to fulfill my dream of becoming a professional basketball player. Sports especially basketball, have always been my passion and have also contributed significantly to my development as a person and a student, I learned a lot from playing basketball in America. My goal is to play at the college level and keep myself educated at the highest level. Knowing what is my goal is the easy part. Managing my action and following through is the challenging part. I will devote myself to work hard, and accomplish my dreams. I'm at the age now where I feel I truly have the heart and love for basketball. I have always seen my parents working hard with their work, they also pushed me to be the best I can be, both on and off the court, further developing the work ethic and my skill sets needed to succeed. I want to provide for my family and give back to the ones who gave me. I will put forth my best efforts in everything that I encounter to succeed and become a positive and successful basketball player.
