Garrett Sprutte '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Garrett Sprutte. I will be a 2024 High school graduate looking to play basketball at the collegiate level. My dad got me into playing the sport of basketball when I was very young and ever since then I've found a love for the sport that I haven’t found in anything else. Ever since middle school, it's been my dream to play college basketball.  For the last couple years, I’ve been working for that dream to become a reality. I had a rough Freshman year not only as an athlete but a student due to COVID. The last 2 years I’ve been improving my skills on the court and improving myself in the classroom trying to make up for lost time. My dad and I go to the YMCA multiple days a week to improve my game. 

If I was given the ability to play college basketball, I would work as hard as I could to be the best individual and team player. I will give 100% effort day in and day out providing my team as much support as possible. Since I was young, the mindset of never letting anyone outwork you was preached to me and I have learned to live by that.
