My highlight of playing laying high school basketball was being a ranked team in the state, and also winning our conference that year.  However, I grew the most as a student athlete throughout my junior year when my team was not as good.  That experience not only helped me grow as person and grew my interest in playing at the college level, it also helped me become a better leader.

I was blessed to be a part of such a strong high school program, where culture, accountability, toughness, and grit were very important.  These core values have not only led me to become a better athlete, they have also assisted with my academics as well.  I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically.  I believe that I not only have the talent to compete on a college team and to succeed academically, but the determination, work ethic, and leadership to make an impact on your program immediately.
