Luca Siano '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to have at least a 87 in all of my classes by the end of grade 11/12 and to play basketball in post secondary school while also keeping a high class average.  

I am an extremely confident, respectful and positive person and basketball player, I also think that while having a lot to learn I have a good amount of basketball IQ and instinct on the court, I am always looking for new things to learn, how I can tweak my game to make it more effective, and new skills I can learn to make my game that much better. I also always do my best to have a voice on the court and off it to be a good leader. I make sure to speak to my coaches about suggestions I have or just different things we can do, I am a very coachable person and while being a coachable person on the court I'm also a very teachable person in the classroom, and while trying my best to be a leader on the court I also try my best to be a leader in the classroom. I also make sure to give my best effort on the defensive side of the ball and communicate with teammates. No matter what I do my best to have a great relationship with teammates and listen to what they suggest and try to make sure we all have a good team relationship and make sure we all have a good time playing the sport. I also know it's a team sport and it is never a one man show. I also realize my behavior off the court is just as important as my behavior on it. 

I'm very passionate about basketball, and I am very grateful for all of the opportunities given to me.
