Anthony Fuca '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Anthony Fuca and I am 6’1” point guard from Burlington, Ontario, Canada. I have been playing basketball since I was 5 years old. Currently, I am a member of the Burlington Force 2003 travel (rep) team and the Assumption Crusaders varsity high school team. I am an extremely hard worker, and I always strive to do my best on and off the court. My coaches tell me that I have a very high basketball IQ, I am coachable and entrust me to be a leader. My travel (rep) team plays a positionless system, which has allowed me to expand my skill-set beyond the point guard position. I am happy to play wherever I’m most needed and can contribute. In addition to playing travel and high school ball, I volunteer with multiple local basketball camps teaching the fundamentals of the game and inspiring young athletes.

Concerning academics, this year I am a high school senior, I am currently maintaining a 99% average and I plan to graduate in the 2022 class. I am looking for a school with an outstanding academic reputation, where I can play competitive basketball while also receiving a high-level education. I am leaning towards majoring in Computer Science but I am leaving my options open.
