Jake Morash '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Jake Morash. Raised in Burlington Ontario Canada. I started playing Basketball when I was in Eighth Grade. It was from here that I found my passion and love for Basketball, it's always been the dream for me to play High Level Basketball.

    Before anything in this world God will always come first, I am a Christian Student Athlete with a strong foundation in Christ. I'm always seeking new information and crave to better myself every single day using the lessons and blessings that I have been given consistently. 

While we all face hardships it's about what you do in those times that matter more than when your sitting at the top, and it can start with just a simple extra second of effort. Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me”. 

In the classroom I am hard working as well looking to always better the Mind, Body and Soul as one. I have a 87.8% Average making Honnors role two years in a row with challenging course above my age level. 

Basketball has been a staple in my life for so long now and has taught me so many things about the sport and about things outside of Basketball, it's shown me consistency in everything that I do, a relentless work ethic and so much more. As I reflect on the journey so far I'm more excited to see what it will bring in the future.
