As a Filipino immigrant who moved to the Canada at the age of 6, I had to work hard to overcome cultural and language barriers. I am a competitive individual who has a passion for basketball and aspire to play at the D1 level. My ultimate goal is to play professionally. What makes me a great candidate for your team is my work ethic, coachability, and desire to succeed. I have a strong drive to continually improve my skills on the court and in the classroom. I believe that my dedication and discipline will allow me to contribute positively to the team dynamic. Additionally, my interest in kinesiology as a degree will allow me to not only excel athletically but also academically. I believe what sets me apart from other recruits is my character. I am a hardworking, respectful, and responsible individual. I am always willing to learn and take constructive criticism to improve my game.
