· All-in-one Guard across the 1, 2, and 3 positions who is confident with the ball and can drive the hoop or slam on the breaks for the pull-up.
· Either I'm making the play, or I am the play; finding the best scoring opportunity for the team is my goal
· I pride myself on moving forward on offensive and defensive shots, stalking the ball, hungry for the steel, and pulling down rebounds amongst the bigs, then leading the transition breaks with confidence.
· Shooting 2’s & 3’s with my left, or dropping floaters and layups with my right, I am comfortable using both sides to shoot, leaving the defence wondering which side to defend.
· Solid passer, a playmaking guard who can create…and score from anywhere.
· An aggressive transition player, racing down the sidelines or up the middle, always looking to be ahead of the defence and create scoring opportunities.
· Strong on-court communicator, working with teammates to switch screens and make stops, searching for steals and forcing turnovers
· Trusted ball-handler and clutch shooter in the dying seconds.
· High percentage 3pt shooter, and smooth pull-ups in traffic, rising over tall defenders for the bucket.
· Exceptionally coachable, willing to learn and improve at every opportunity, and ready to put in the hours to lift my game
· Currently achieving 85% in Grade 12 courses
