Varshan Srikannathasan '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6 ft 1, 155 lbs PG and I have already graduated high school in 2015. I would like to re think my post secondary pathway in the upcoming year by completed one more semester in high school and hopefully attend your basketball program for 2016. In addition, this extra time off i would like to work and save up to pay off my future tuition costs. At Craigkielburger Secondary School which is in Milton Ontario, I have managed to help our basketball team reach the division semi finals while also averaging 17 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds and, 1 steal per game throughout the entire season. Also, I was selected to play for the Halton regional all star team in 2015. I believe I can bring defensive intensity and great shooting ability to your basketball system as well as be a vocal floor general out on the court. I am in search of a basketball scholarship opportunity from your basketball program because basketball is the reason I stayed focused and humble throughout high school and my childhood and i'd love for it to continue for the rest of my life as I peruse my future education.
