In college, I aspire to be the best version of myself. Basketball was my first love and has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I have learned countless lessons from the sport, a few examples being the value of hard work, leadership, and how to overcome adversity. A quote I once read and often have in the back of my mind is "Bad teams, no one leads. Average teams, coaches lead. But elite teams, players lead." As PG and captain, I understand how important my role is and humbly feel that I would be a valuable addition to any team, both on and off the court.
