I am a 6’6” Forward from Harrisburg, PA. I am currently a junior at Bishop Mcdevitt High School where I have been playing varsity for 2 years. As a team collectively, we made it to the PIAA AAA state semi-finals and were district 3 champions. I have a 3.3 GPA and I take the SAT/ACT this fall, but I scored a 1200 out of 1500 on the PSAT.
Growing up, I’ve always aspired to play basketball in college. My parents worked hard to ensure that I would have this opportunity. Both of my parents were raised with always having to work for what they earned. My mom served 25 years in the military and retired this May as a Colonel. Her values and hard work have been instilled in me as an early child. I am looking for an institution where I can find the right balance between the classroom and competition on the court. I am looking for a school with a strong academic reputation and Pre-Med program as I am considering a medical profession. I am open to all collegiate levels right now because I am looking for a school where I can excel in all aspects of being a student athlete on and off the court. I enjoy playing basketball. I mostly enjoy the team concept, competitiveness on the court and discipline required to work together and win. I would like to continue to play basketball in College as I think it helps develop interpersonal and leadership skills that can be applied in life.
