I am an almost 6'7" high school junior who transferred to Cardinal O'Hara HS this past September 2019.
I played varsity for Sanford School during my freshman and sophomore years of high school. At Sanford, I was a member of their DIAA HS state championship team in Spring 2019.
I currently reside in Wilmington, DE and am extremely interested in pursuing a collegiate career in basketball. I have played basketball since I was in kindergarten where I was lucky enough to have been introduced to a wonderful youth basketball program and mentors who initially peaked my interest in the sport. I continued to play for a competitive all boys catholic school from 3rd - 8th grade where we played in, and won, several CYM championships and individual area tournaments. My overall interest in taking basketball to the next level really came last summer when my AAU team qualified for the Division 2 tournament in Orlando, FL where we ended up finishing in 2nd place.
I worked extremely hard last season on my AAU team, DE Dream Chasers, while also growing over 10 inches in two years, in order to make the varsity team at Sanford. I have started in every JV game and I dress for varsity games as one of four different freshman players. I have seen minutes in only a small number of games thus far at the varsity level but my statistics for JV have been very good. I average 8-10 points, 6-8 rebounds and 1-2 blocks per game.
I'm planning to play AAU basketball again this year with the hope of traveling to a variety of showcases that will provide me with opportunities to make some connections with a few of the colleges that interest me. I have a strong admiration and preference for schools located in the Midwest and northeast regions of the US. Yet, will consider any location if I find a school that is a great fit for me.
