Daniel Miranda Duarte '23 Recruiting Profile

             My character as a person and my mindset towards life are my most significant strengths. My uniqueness comes in my charismatic personality, being approachable and getting along with others. Constant change has been a big factor in my life, moving to a different country,  bouncing from school to school and frequent family changes. My greatest achievement has been finding peace through the storm regardless of the ups and downs. No matter what's going on I'm always happy and smiling, trying to share my peace with others. 

              My biggest takeaways from sports are the discipline built, the life lessons that has taught me along the way, and becoming a positive role model. Through basketball I have gotten to work with all types of personalities. Focusing on everyone's best attributes to help connect the team, is a priority of mine on every team I am a part of. Through basketball, I have learned from myself that I am a resilient person, to never stress about things outside my power, and to understand that I can only control my effort.
