Jabri Dixon '17 Recruiting Profile

From age seven, I played both basketball and football competitively. Going into high school, I realized that basketball was my passion and that I wanted to play at the collegiate level. I bring a strong, defensive presence, along with an aggressive rebounding effort, and high basketball IQ. I'm very coach-able and extremely hardworking. I push myself to become a better player, teammate, and example to my peers. I'm very committed to the idea of "Team Over Self". 

I recognize the importance of academics and hard work in order to maintain a high GPA, and being active in my community. I volunteer at local camps and at functions with my church's youth group. 

My goal is to find a college that will challenge me to grow as both a student and player. I'm excited for any future opportunities to continue as a student athlete.
